How to be a healthy person
Pressure and pressure! Mentality and society changed. We all want to be happy and most important HEALTHY.
Being healthy nowadays is not easy, we are surrounded by many temptations. Yes, you read it well, temptations means also the last slice of pizza, the yummy chocolate cake we ate.
So how to be a healthy person?
Setting goals is easy, being motivate and transformation the motivation into actions is something else. We can be also mis-informed on what to eat, how long to exercise?
Here are some basic tips to be healthy:
Eating well and healthy doesn’t’ mean counting the numbers of calories, or going vegan. We advise to add as much as possible of colors in your plate, it shouldn’t’ be a boring plate! Enjoy and share it with friends and family.
Being healthy doesn’t mean going to the gym every day during 2-3 hours. Small actions count and will help you to stay motivate. You can always find tools to exercise, the street, home, at the office. Doing squat while watching your favorite series is possible. The most important is to enjoy.
